These terms explain how one-off design and media projects are agreed, paid for and delivered.

Social Media Advertising is a trading brand of Home Solution Direct Ltd (Company No. 14262379). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We provide creative design and media services to small businesses.
Services may include logo design, branding, promotional videos, animated logo intros, social media artwork, leaflets, flyers, posters, business cards, menus and related marketing designs. The agreed brief, price and deliverables will be confirmed before work begins.
Quotes are based on the information supplied in the brief. If the scope changes or extra work is requested, we will explain any revised price before carrying it out. You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, logos and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them.
We do not require a deposit. When the agreed artwork, video or other deliverable is ready, we will send a preview for you to review. Previews and review copies will include our watermark. Once you are happy with the agreed deliverable, payment is requested. After cleared payment has been received, we will remove our watermark and email the final files to you. We will not describe a project as complete until the agreed deliverables have been prepared.
Any included revisions will be stated in the project agreement or quote. Further revisions or changes to an approved design may be charged separately. Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed deadline.
Once full payment has cleared, you may use the final agreed deliverables for your business and marketing purposes. We retain ownership of unused concepts, working files, drafts, fonts, stock assets and third-party materials unless separately agreed. You must follow any licence terms that apply to third-party assets.
To cancel or discuss a project, contact us as soon as possible by email. Any cancellation rights that apply by law are not removed by these terms. Where a service has been started at your request, any amount properly due for work already carried out will be discussed fairly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to services supplied with reasonable care and skill.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
